Has my order been taken into account?

If you would like to know if your order has been taken into account, all you have to do is check your emails. After each order, we send a confirmation email with full details. If you received it, than it's all right and we will send your tickets within 2 working days, except for pre-orders. 

Where are the seats located? Are they side by side?

Tickets sold on FinesTicket give you the guarantee to be located in the category you choose. For orders containing between 2 and 4 tickets, the seats are always grouped. 

Should you wish to purchase more than four tickets, you can contact us or place several orders, for no more than a total of 8 tickets. In that case, we cannot guarantee that the seats will be side by side. For this type of specific requests, we invite you to contact us by email at contact@finesticket.com, or to fill in our special request form.  

When will I get the tickets I ordered?

For pre-orders, we start shipping the tickets usually one week after their official release. 

Regular orders are shipped within 2 working days. In case of surging demand, we can exceptionally take longer to send the tickets. Should this happen, we will do the maximum to ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Please also take into account the time necessary for actual delivery by the carrier. 

Some venues enforce special policies that can impact our ability to ship within 2 working days. You will be informed by email in case such policy applies. No matter what, you will get your tickets on time. 

I want to change my order, is that possible? How can I do?

All orders placed on FinesTicket are firm and normally cannot be refunded in case of cancellation on a customer's part. 

However, we are committed to give you as much satisfaction as we can. Should you have any order change or cancelation request, please send us an email. We will get back to you within 7 days.  

Why is your price above the Face Value? (Price written on the ticket)

FinesTicket is a service provider, making available tickets to very popular events that are sold-out everywhere else. 

Our Team is dedicated to help you find tickets for sold-out events at an affordable price. As a result, the price includes the face value, plus taxes, as well as our research and handling fees. 

The higher the demand, the higher our costs can get. We are committed to keeping the price as low as possible and being among the most competitive actors of the market. 

On the other hand, we run temporary promotion on select events. In that case, our price is below the face value. 

FinesTicket guarantees a secure and reliable service, a flawless payment system and a top-ranking customer service.

I purchased tickets for an event that was cancelled, what should I do?

In case of a cancelled event, FinesTicket will ask you to return the tickets, and your order will be completely refunded. We cannot refund tickets that are you have lost. We will refund your money using the payment details you provided when placing your order. 

If the event is delayed but not canceled, you can choose between a refund or tickets for the new date. In both cases the purchased tickets must be returned. 

Return costs are at the expense of the customer, but shipping costs for the new tickets will be borne by FinesTicket.
